July – December 2019
1- To read more about this sector and the polymer pricing system in Iran, please “Click Here“.
2- Surveys for this sector related to Q1 and Q2 dictated PIMI analysts to new decisions. Since the 2nd week of August PIMI will publish the IME trade volumes and the free market (the same as black market) prices, only on Saturdays, Mondays and Thursdays. The reason is that, Saturdays are the days before the day of declaration of the new prices, the Mondays (only weekly trade volumes and market analysis) are the days after declaration of the new prices and Thursdays are the last week of the trade volumes in a week in Iran. All these will show the trend of materials’ true consumption, competition and the possible smuggling.
