The latest version of the KAISER fire protection boxes combines the proven features of the HWD 68 and HWD 90 models and expands them. The integrated pipe penetrations of the new generation allow use in all common installation variants. The renowned AFS technology used in the HWD 68+ ensures from at least F30 to F90, which corresponds to EI30 to EI90. These boxes are also perfect for timber frame, panel and cross-laminated timber constructions by providing a resistance time between F30-B and F90-B to a fire. The HWD 68+ enables a comprehensive and versatile electrical installation in walls with fire protection requirements.
- Application in walls with a wall thickness ≥ 100 mm or more with single or double planking on both sides without and with insulation.
- 6 pipe entries up to Ø 13 mm and two pipe entries up to M25.
- As well as in cross-laminated timber walls.
