PIMI –Today, Tuesday Aug. 29th, was another “Nehinyab” day when the allocated companies who have got the “B-Code” have the chance to buy polymers with limited supply at the “IME” hall. The “IME” days, always have some important and noticeable points, like today and every Sundays. The Iranian petrochemical market’s important points on Tuesday August 29 can be summarized as 22 tons increase in PET bottle grade 781, the continuing absence of Amir-Kabir LDPE film, and 3,000 tons decrease in extrusion and pipe.
Below is the full account:
LLDPE:
- 660 ton fall in Amir Kabir’s 209AAgrade, standing at 3300 tons;
- Shazand’s 209AA increased by 200 tons to stand at 1000 tons;
LDPE Film grade:
- Laleh Petchem’s grade 2100 was not offered. Amir Kabir’s was also absent for nth week in row.
HDPE extrusion and pipe grades:
- EX3 supply lowered by 1001 tons and stood at 2002
- The same reduction was the case for grade 5000S of JAM Petchem with 2002 tons supply;
- EX3 of Amir Kabir cut supply by 1000 tons to stand at 2000. Ilam Co. did not offer its M6366.
HDPE blowing grade:
- Bandar Imam’s Grade 0035 increased supply by 500 tons, to stand at 3500
- Ilam’s B8200 increased by 506 to supply 1012 tons
HDPE Injection:
- Supply of Grade 52518 soared by 2002 tons to stand at 5005
HDPE Film:
- Supply of Mehr’s F7000 rose by 110 tons to stand at 1012
PET bottle grade:
- Grade 781 saw 22 tons increase in comparison with last week with 2530 tons offer;
- Grade 821 witnessed 1936 tons of supply, whereas last week it was absent. The point was that instead of 821, grade 825 had been offered at the last week;
PS:
- EPS 300 supply increased by 50 tons to stand at 200
- Takhte Jamshid’s Grade 1551 supply lowered by 250 tons
- Moheb Bespar Ideh Gostar’s HIPS grade 4512 was supplied at 200 tons
PVC:
- Arvand’s palette packaged Grade 65 saw 264 tons increase in supply. However, the product’s jumbo packaged supply was null
- Arvand’s E6834 supply stood at 220 tons, it had not been offered last week. The amount of supply of this grade will be influential in preventing a market rage.
