Belgian producer of extruded PE foams, bubble wrap and XPS sheets Abriso has completed the acquisition of protective packaging producer Airpack and its subsidiaries, which include Jiffy Packaging and TAP Telion (K Portal Source). With this transaction, Abriso now has 19 production sites in 11 European countries and 1,600 employees generating a combined annual turnover of EUR 250m.

1988 – Airpack spa enters the Dutch Group BT (Burman Tetterode) specialized in Protective Packaging, with plants in various European countries.
2005 – the globalization of the markets brings this Dutch Group into the galaxy of important multinational companies, such as the Pregis Holding Europe , of US nationality, present throughout Europe. The Lodigiano production center becomes Pregis Italia spa
2012 – the most interesting historical turning-point is fulfilled: Pregis Holding Europe transfers full control of the Lodi area to a consortium of Italian investors.
Thus Airpack spa is re-established, with entirely Italian capital, a turnover of 20 million euros and 68 employees.
2014 – l ‘ Airpack spa completes the acquisition of the samePregis Holding Europe , the US parent company Pregis , assuming the position of the parent company of a reality consisting of 7 Production Plants, 115 million turnover, 900 employees and doing just the most successful brand Jiffy .
2016 – with the aim of extending European leadership, Airpack spa incorporates TAP Telion.Air.Pac GmbH with establishments in Germany in Protective Packaging, thus achieving a consolidated turnover of 130 million euros.
