The company “Kimiya Bonyan Kia Engineering Achievement” (KBK in short) having 50 years background presented its power for the first time, regarding the public awareness, at the 18th. IranPlast exhibition. The exhibition was organized from Sept. 8-11 th. at the International Fairground of Tehran.
Although the name and the history of the company was not famous for many visitors and exhibitors (except for the company’s regular customers) but the number of bypassing visitors that stopped to have a look and then started to chat with our staff was considerable. The reason was due to what KBK had presented, that was unique almost for those who walked inside the huge booth.
One of the products which was on the show, was the KBK’s innovative solution “Nanokas Ö“. This innovative twin
solution pack (innovated by the founder of KBK) is a pack of two solutions, one works as the first covering and the 2nd one will cure the first covering. As soon as the final covering is cured (almost 8 minutes) the covered surface will destroy and kill any kind of micro-organisms including the most dangerous one, i.e., viruses. The “Nanokas Ö” has been patented in Europe as is on sale at countries like Austria and Germany. The amazing product of KBK was also on sale at the exhibition.
This product is most useful for all non-porous surfaces, and it can be used for public or private door handles for entering and exiting people, toilet seats, laboratory instruments, public and private beds in hospitals and/or examination beds of doctors’ offices, general laboratory instruments, glass surfaces of customers in stores, supermarkets and especially pharmacies (the latter case is highly contaminated after providing prescriptions by all kinds of patients), handles and touchable surfaces of public vehicles and private cars and buses, It is also could be used on the desks of medical office staff, computer keyboards, mobile phone screens, touchable monitor screens and in general any type of surfaces that is in contact with more than one person, and it has been proven by numerous tests in Iran and abroad. that the surfaces treated with this product will prevent and destroy the proliferation of any type of microorganism contaminating the surface up to 10,000 times of contact or a period of time of 6 to 12 months.
The question remains here, whether such a company participated at the exhibition only for one product? The answer, for sure, is NO. The main mission of KBK has been as is (since 2003) to produce all engineering elastomers that have been banned by UN or USA to be exported to Iran.
In fact after serious imposing of boycotts of international trading with Iran, and the possibility of shut downs of several auto part makers, KBK assembly decided to open its line of formulations of all engineering elastomers that the auto part manufacturers needed for their products. This decision which was working very well based on the knowledge of our polymer engineers, resulted in production of high quality and high performance materials which were very welcomed by auto part manufacturers.
Yet, KBK is focusing with other innovative solutions to protect community from harmful radiations and micro organisms.
