Jacek is a Senior Engineer in the Projects Directorate of the European Investment Bank in Luxembourg. Within the Division of Energy Security, he is responsible for fossil fuel and also biomass-based power generation and electricity distribution projects. Before joining the EIB, Jacek.Podkanskiworked at the International Energy Agency in Paris on clean fossil fuel technologies and international R&D co-operation in this field.
