How “IVGK 2016” Works?

And when the real legal banking business starts between Iran and the World?

1- The Public Phase; Data Collection:

1. A) We have already started to collect data by distribution of a questionnaire to those who have registered to visit the K Show via different sources including our 12000 customers’ data banks;
2. B) By this action those who need a true guide to reach the quality producers will be divided in 5 sectors: Machineries; Raw Materials; Products; Services and New Technologies;
3. C) We gather the names of all related companies exhibiting at K 2016 and send it in a private letter to those who have answered our Questionnaire. Of course this will be only a name guide without any Hall Map or Contact info;
4. D) The non-Iranian advertisers will be added with full info to the above private letter.
5. E) The Iranian advertisers will receive the same info in full as well.

2)  IVGK 2016 Phase; Special Guide:

1. A) The “IVGK” Booklet is a bilingual Guide book, in A5 format composed of Farsi and English texts about the K Show, Dusseldorf and its vicinity;
2. B) At “IVGK” we will publish the Iranian and non-Iranian advertisements with full contact info of desired companies + a Road-Map + The best hourly organizer of visiting most wanted exhibitors. In fact we will help the users for the best use of their time to visit what they want?
3. C) At each part, the advertisers are in priority, i.e, to be visited at the earliest possible date/time. This is guaranteed by an “IVGK” Coupon with a special serial number. When stamped or certified by the Advertisers’ stand’s staffs, the visitor will be eligible to take part in a drawing cash prize of Euro 200 or Euro 500 on returning back to Iran. Drawing will be handled in public at an assembly;
4. D) To guarantee the visit of the Iranian visitors, we also give each visitor (if requested) separate Coupons for their further activities upon purchasing quality products from quality-wise companies.
5. E) The general tariff for advertisements at the “IVGK” is Euro 200, 360, 420 and 560 for 1-4 pages respectively ordered by one company or its subsidiaries. However, the “IVGK” Booklet has 5 special positions for advertisements which its tariffs are negotiable.

3) Conference Call Services for negotiations

For the very first time in the world, Plastics Industry Magazine (https://pimi.ir & http://www.pime.ir) will establish a team of negotiators seating in Iran during the Exhibition time and till 22:00 (ECT) in order to establish and finalize a negotiation over a conference call, if the Iranian visitor has no possibility to speak with the company that he wishes to buy from!

This is a great plan for our country’s after JCOPA era in order to help the Iranian entrepreneurs who wish to start up a business or to upgrade their existing plants.

4) Real and Legal Business via International Banking
