Conference on Int’l Energy Market held at Oil Show
A conference was held at Iran Oil Show-2017 on the private sector share in international energy markets.
Held on Sunday, the event enjoyed the support of various Iranian energy and industrial syndicates and unions including the Union of Manufacturers of Oil Industry Items and the Union of Exporters of Petroleum, Gas and Petrochemical Products.
The event was aimed at reviewing the challenges of Iran’s private sector in presence in international energy markets, said Mohammad Ali Mollaei, the event’s secretary.
The forum was held in the presence of a number of senior oil and energy industry executives on the sidelines of the 22nd Iran International Oil, Gas, Refining and Petrochemical Exhibition (Iran Oil Show-2017).
The fair opened on Saturday, May 6 and will wrap up on May 9.
The showcase is being held with 4,000 exhibitors from across the globe running 1,800 pavilions.
1,016 pavilions are representing 2,500 Iranian firms while 811 other pavilions represent nearly 1,500 foreign companies from 37 countries.
Exhibitors from China, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Turkey, Russia, Japan, Austria, South Korea, the US, and Australia are running stalls at the 4-day showcase, he added.
