Today, not being a ‘behinyab” purchsing day, the IME’s petrochemical hall with zero offers from petrochemical units, witnessed only 3 purchases of HDPE, LDPE and PVC with a total trade volume of 182 tons which were equal to 80, 22 and 80 for the above named polymers respectively.
However, at the free market the tradings were active and due to it the telegram groups which monitor the price changes continously published more than 10 tables of price changes in 3 hours.
At the same time, though the US$ value grew up a little, but the prices were going down. Meaning that the brokers are confident that there will be a sharp dowward slope for the polymer prices in near future.
The value of 1 US$ was fluctuating between Rls. 41.860 to 41.970. But because the trend was downward so the polymer prices started to shrink at the free market. The following tables show the official and the free market tradings.
