Changes are always necessary. PIMI Portal is one of the fast changing media service which plans, designs and moves on the basis of continuous surveys and polling by different means.
The materials statistics, according to about 33 years of experiences at the media in Iran, are one of the best devices for evaluation of a market. Considering this fact, we have decided to change our materials statistics section to a daily basis plus a weekly report and analysis.
According to this new plan, PIMI Portal will publish a daily table for the materials that have been demanded, offered and purchased at the IME‘s petrochemical hall. These trading volumes are the official materials dealings according to the base prices determined by the PDID Office of NPC. These tables are published each night for the same day.
On Sundays, the tables are included with the new price basis for the coming week. Also at both tables, we will publish the latest prices at the free markets. The difference is that, one can compare the price fluctuations of the materials at the same day via a comparison between the official and the free markets.
The weekly reports and analysis are published between 23:00 (each Thursday night) till the next 24 hours.
