The Dow Chemical Company announced that it will showcase its latest polyurethane advancements at the Center for the Polyurethanes Industry’s annual Polyurethanes Technical Conference in Baltimore, MD, USA, from 26 – 28 September 2016.
“CPI has always been a great way for us to meet one-on-one with our customers and work through their formulation challenges,” stated Chris Chrisafides, commercial vice president of Dow Polyurethanes North America. “Our industry experts will be sharing their knowledge – discussing advancements, collaboration efforts and new products – during this year’s conference to showcase polyurethane science innovation in action.”
Additionally, the latest from Dow Polyurethanes’ComfortScience technology, Vora Zzz Ultra High Airflow and Moisture-Wicking Foam is one of three finalists for the Polyurethane Innovation Award 2016. The product is said to help foamers and brand owners enhance the breathability of mattresses to regulate local temperature and humidity environments throughout the night. The three Polyurethane Innovation Award finalists will present their technologies to attendees during the opening session as part of the final voting process.
