MCNS Establishes PU System House in India
Mitsui Chemicals & SKC Polyurethanes Co., Ltd. (MCNS) announced that it will establish a new polyurethane system house in Andhra Pradesh, India, with an initial investment of approximately USD 7.3 million (~JPY 800 million). The PU system house will operate under the name of MCNS Polyurethanes India, Pvt. Ltd. and have a capacity of 13,000 t/y. Construction start is scheduled in March 2017. The facility is expected to start commercial operations in January 2018.
