TEHRAN, Dec. 15 (Shana) – The methanol unit of Bushehr petrochemical company (BUPC) will be operational by June 20, 2017.
Member of the Board of Directors of the BUPC Reza Afshin told Managing Director of National Petrochemical Company(NPC) Marzieh Shahdaie on Wednesday.
Afshin said the project has thus far shown 80 percent progress and the compressors needed for the project are getting installed.
He said the unit is under construction on 10,000 hectares of land and 79 percent progress has been shown in term of engineering, equipment installation and purchase side of the work.
