This morning, on the 2nd of May 2019, the 24th Oil, Gas, Refining and Petrochemical exhibition, with the opening ceremony address of the Oil Minister Bijan Namdar Zangeneh and companies from Iran, Spain, Germany, Italy, Ukraine, China, Russia, the Netherlands, Azerbaijan, and … was inaugurated In a space of 35,776 sqm, in Tehran International Fairground.
One of the exhibition’s sidelines that will continue until May 5th, was whispering and sometimes public statements at the government stands in connection with the trial of the former petrochemical officials at the same time, and perhaps the reason for these whispers was the presence of Mr. Nematzadeh in the opening ceremony. In recent years, the Oil, Gas, Refining and Petrochemical exhibition has been held with the participation of various Iranian and foreign companies. This year’s exhibition also aims to boost domestic and foreign investment opportunities and introduce the achievements of the oil industry in Iran.
The Iranian private sector and large holdings operating in the oil industry have come to the fore in different editions of this exhibition, and have had fruitful talks and negotiations talks with foreign exhibitors that have led to the implementation of contracts and effective partnerships in various fields.
Without a doubt, this year’s fair will be a great opportunity for cooperation with reputable domestic and foreign companies in the field of petroleum industry to realize the goals of this industry and to show the capabilities of the custodians of our country’s oil industry to the world.

The exhibition is attended by exhibitors from Spain, Germany, Italy, Ukraine, China, Russia, the Netherlands, Azerbaijan and several other countries together with domestic companies. In the course of the exhibition, due to the significant presence of the Iranian knowledge-based companies, a hall has been dedicated to this group.
In addition, on the sidelines of this exhibition, numerous conferences on energy exchange, optimization of fuel consumption, export of petroleum products, etc. are held.
At the meeting on the outskirts of the 24th International Oil Exhibition, the young commander of the Khatam-ol-Anbia Militia headquarter, Saeid Mohammad, said: “Today, we see that the enemy has imposed continuous economic pressure on our country and targeted the livelihoods of the people, which is also the oil industry. We hope that these sanctions will have a happy outcome for the country, and what we have been looking for years to achieve from our independent oil budget, although it will be difficult at first, but it will have permanent results”. He added that: “Our country’s capabilities are high. We even have mines in our country that have been the second resources of the country after oil and have been neglected for many years. We hope we can move towards mines and tourism more than oil. The commander of the Khatam-ol-Abnia headquarters, saying that the growth of industrial demand in the world is so high that the enemy can not be monopolistic and thus the plots will be stripped from the enemy.
