PAGEV, the Turkish Plastics Industry Foundation, has sent a circulate to its international trade partners. The aim is to invite interested companies and individual to the 6th international packaging congress. PIMI prefers to publish the same invitation as follow.
On behalf of the PAGEV-Turkish Plastics Industry Foundation, we would like to cordially invite you to the 6th PAGEV International Plastics Packaging Congress which take place on October 22, 2019 at Swissotel The Bosphorus in Istanbul, the day before Eurasia Packaging Fair.
This year the Congress will focus on “Threats and Opportunities in Plastics Packaging“. It is fact that plastic materials, used in all packaging areas, are rapidly taking place of other alternative products, because of their superior properties. Plastics is becoming an indispensable material for the 21st century.
Based on this premise, our congress will bring together representatives from public authorities, international organizations, manufacturers and academia, serving as a platform to discuss raw materials and markets, new technologies, innovative developments, smart packaging, design and brand-building, environment and recycling, circular economy, local and global legislation.
Following the great success of the Packaging Summit that we organized last year with ASD, FASD, SEPA, Unilever, P&G, Hayat Kimya, Klockner Pentaplast, Dow, Bell Holding, Novamont, Bogazici University, Denkstatt, Kehren & Partner and Leonhard Kurz, we raise the level higher this year.
