The Rialti company – one of the eldest compounding enterprises in Italy – held a session of negotiations and experience exchange with a compounding company from Russia
The company is based in the Varese province. Its annual production capacity reaches a total of 35 thousand tons; it delivers to the EU (Spain, France, Germany), Africa and Asia. According to members of the Russian delegation, a trip to the production site was of a big benefit. The Russians were impressed by the well-organized production cycle and high-tech solutions applied in it. “It seems to me that Rialti is headed in a right direction by minimizing the share of the human factor. The plant is automated to the maximum, which avails to the reduction of expenditures related to manufacturing defect” – opined Andrey Menshov, R&P POLYPLASTIC managing partner.
With these, the Italian company directs sufficient attention to modern trends of secondary compounding. This part of the industry is currently quite popular and enjoys government subsidies.
Among automotive companies that do business with Rilati Srl are such major names as Volkswagen and PSA Peugeot Citroen. Along with the Russian POLYPLASTIC enterprise, Rialti manufactures composites applied in the auto industry, ciTICvil construction and white goods.
