WL Ross Holding (WLRH, New York / USA; www.wlross.com) has completed its acquisition of chemicals and plastics distributor Nexeo Solutions (The Woodlands, Texas / USA; www.nexeosolutions.com). The company announced its intent to merge with Nexeo in March this year – see Plasteurope.com of 22.03.2016.

WLRH has changed its name to Nexeo Solutions on completion of the deal and was expected to trade on the NASDAQ exchange under the symbols NXEO, NXEOU and NXEOW as of 10 June.

David Bradley, president and CEO of Nexeo Solutions, said that by expanding its ownership structure with WLRH, the company is positioning itself for continued and accelerated growth towards market leadership in the US.
