Among diverse global exhibitions for packaging “FchPack” became gradually a famous name since 1979. This is a short preview of the exhibition in Nuremberg.
FachPack can look back on a magnificent success story. It started in 1979 with 80 exhibitors at the Nuremberg exhibition venue; around 2,000 visitors came to the packaging exhibition at that time, which gained the name FachPack from 1982. 1,542 exhibitors and 41,014 visitors were recorded in 2016, and thus FachPack has long since become one of the leading trade fairs in Europe dealing with packaging. Looking back at 2016 whets the appetite for FachPack 2018:
- 1,542 exhibitors
- 41,014 trade visitors
- 94 % of the exhibitors reached their most important target groups during FachPack 2016.
- 93 % of the exhibitors established new business relations.
- 96 % of the visitors were satisfied with the range of products and services presented at the exhibition.
- 98 % of the visitors were satisfied with the opportunities for obtaining information and establishing contacts at the exhibitors’ stands.

TechBox Forum
Thematically focused as well as trendsetting contents will be presented here and FachPack shows its competence in the diverse areas along the packaging process chain. In collaboration with renowned partners the industrial diversity of FachPack becomes clearer than ever.
Short presentations and discussion groups take place without registration and free-of-charge. In the integrated café area, there is space for the participants to exchange views with one another and for their discussion with the experts.
