Founded in 2011 through the merger of A&R Carton and Flextrus, the Swedish packaging producer with 2,200 employees at 17 plants in nine countries has three divisions – Branded Products, Barrier Packaging and Food Packaging – and annual sales of EUR 560m. “CVC’s expertise, financial resources and network bring excellent support in achieving our set growth strategy,” said CEO Harald Schulz. Going forward, he said the company’s objective is to grow both organically and through acquisitions.
