FANUC, the leading global supplier of factory automation solutions, will be exhibiting at this year’s Interpack event to demonstrate its portfolio of robotic products for the processing and packaging sectors.
FANUC will be exhibiting a range of robots and simulation software, as well as a multi-axis automation solution for pick and place, sorting, packaging and palletising. Visitors to the stand can view live demonstrations and access expert advice on the various features and functionalities of the products on display.
Robots on display will include: The M-410iC/500, which can handle payloads of up to 500kg; the M-2iA, which can cover a range of high-speed conveyor and fast picking, packing and handling operations; the M-710iC/50H palletising robot, which can work in highly compact spaces due to its slim wrist design, and, the M-20iB/25C with IP 67 standard, which is suitable for cleanroom environments such as food and medical packing areas.
FANUC will also be demonstrating its robot simulation software, ROBOGUIDE. Visitors will be able to explore the possibilities of simulating robot motions and application commands in order to achieve the most cost-effective and efficient automated process design for their business.
Andrew Armstrong, UK Sales Manager at FANUC, said: “As production demands increase, so too does the need for an efficient supply chain. FANUC’s robotic solutions allow businesses at all points of the supply chain to streamline their operations with minimal downtime. Visitors to Interpack will be able to experience this first hand and use FANUC’s live demonstrations, simulation software and expert advice to find the best options for them.”
